We're Hiring: Creative Right Hand for Social Media & Content

​

Part-time | Remote | £18/hour | 2 hours a week to start

 

We’re on the lookout for someone who’s quietly brilliant at what they do – someone who loves writing (with the help of our well-trained AI, of course), enjoys creating content, and has a good eye for design. You might not be shouting about your skills online (yet), but you’ve got a real flair for social media and you care about doing things well.

This role is for you if you’re looking to grow with a business, not juggle multiple clients right from the start (though the role has potential to develop into this). We need a dependable creative who’s ready to be a key part of our small, purpose-led team.

 

About the Role

​

We’re calling this a “Creative Right Hand” because that’s exactly what we need. Someone to support with:

​

• Writing thoughtful, engaging social media copy
   

• Creating simple but impactful graphics (Canva is fine!)
   

• Repurposing existing content in fresh ways
   

• Posting consistently across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
   

• Helping the brand voice feel warm, smart and consistent
   

We currently post three times a week across platforms, and the content is usually the same across each one to keep things streamlined. You’ll start by supporting our brand, but there’s potential to work on client content in future – if that’s something you’d enjoy.

We’d love to work with someone who’s also excited to get into Stories and Reels down the line, but that’s not essential from day one.

What We're Looking For

​​​

• You enjoy writing and know how to write like a human, not a robot

• You have experience creating graphics for social posts (nothing fancy, just clear and well-designed)

• You’re confident using LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram

• You’re organised, dependable and detail-oriented

• You’d rather work deeply with one brand than spread yourself across lots of clients

• You’re UK-based (strong preference) or have a strong grasp of British English and culture

• You’re ready to jump in and help, even if everything’s not perfectly polished
